The Fouquet family has been established in Champagne since 1880. Karine and Richard Fouquet, passionate vine growers are in charge of the Domaine Guiborat. They embody the 5th generation. They look after the 8ha of the family vineyard from which they extract 3ha to produce their own cuvées. Their production is very limited with only 25 000 bottles made. Long term is their religion without any rush and always with lots of care. Quality without compromise is their unique guide.

Chardonnay is the common thread of this great story, “Chardonnay is in total vibration with great chalk terroirs”. Whether it’s in Cramant, Chouilly or Oiry without any artifice, respecting each parcel identity, they give birth to multi-layered complex wines with flesh and iodic length. Meuniers from Mardeuil demonstrate the respect of the family history but also an ability to go beyond, to put one self at risk and satisfy a desire to experiment.
