A quintessential example of blending, Rosé Effusion is created using two different perpetual reserve methods: one for the white wine and one for the red wine, which comes from a single plot of Meunier. Our red wine is aged 24 months in barrels that are 8 years old at least, which helps to promote oxidation. Its special character after a long maceration and a cold pre-fermentation makes this cuvée an exceptional rosé Champagne.

Cuvée Solessence Rosé: a burst of fruit from Pinot Meunier, the distinctive characteristics of Pinot Noir, a truly refreshing Solessence blend. Blend: 45% Chardonnay - 40% Meunier - 15% Pinot Noir - 10% from Pinot Meunier maceration and 5% from Pinot Noir red wine. A marvellous Rosé, indulgent and truly distinctive.
This Blending process Rosé “d ‘assemblage” gathers all the different terroirs of Pierre Gerbais Vineyard composed of Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Blanc (25%). Their vineyard is rooted in the Kimméridgien terroir (same as Chablis) made of marl and limestone located in the village of Celles-sur-Ource, the heart of the Côte des Bar. Vinified in stainless steel vats. Maturing on fine lies in vats. Once in bottle maturing “sur lattes” 30 month. Dosage : 3 g/l : Extra-Brut. To be paired with sea food.
