A quintessential example of blending, Rosé Effusion is created using two different perpetual reserve methods: one for the white wine and one for the red wine, which comes from a single plot of Meunier. Our red wine is aged 24 months in barrels that are 8 years old at least, which helps to promote oxidation. Its special character after a long maceration and a cold pre-fermentation makes this cuvée an exceptional rosé Champagne.

Cuvée made of Chardonnay (70%) and 30% of Pinot Noir (including 4% from still red wine from Bouzy). “Les Terres roses” is made from grapes grown on four different parcels worked in organic viticulture. The South exposure brings richness and thickness to the wine. Vintages : Base 2013 (80%), 2012 (20%). Dosage 3 grams / liter (extra brut) This cuvée stay « sur lattes » 42 months in 19th century underground cellar in perfect aging conditions. This rosé is pure, precise, aromatique vinous and intense. Great structure serving a nice balance.
