More informations about this box
  • Mémoire

  • Champagne Huré Frères

    Cuvée Mémoire
  • Mémoire is a privilege. Privilege to converse with time and contemplate 30 years in a glass. This long term vision is mind blowing. It’s about a solera from 1982, a blend of 30 vintages until 2013. Mainly built around Pinot Noir and Meunier, this Champagne is an energy bubble: citrus notes gradually fade away to make way to roasting nuances. The oak barrel aging gives this wine fullness, vinosity and length. The spherical sensation on the pallet is subtle. There is no oxidation nor heaviness. Not more than 30 months in the cellar before disgorgement to keep freshness and drinkability. Extra Brut with 2g of sugar per liter.

  • L'Ascendant

  • Champagne Mouzon-Leroux

    Cuvée L'Ascendant
  • « Ascendant : rising in power or influence” Blend : Solera of l'Atavique built up since 2010 50% "L'Atavique" 2014 and 50% "L'Atavique" 2013/2012/2011/2010 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay 100 % vinifed in oak barrels Same wine making practices as the previous cuvees with a variation on the time of aging “sur lattes”. Aging in cellar "sur lattes" : average of 56 month Oxidation well mastered giving fruity nose, oaky and pastry flavors, More buttery, more chewy yet presence of a nice tension. A racy wine. Food friendly Champagne but also enjoyable as an aperitif. Dosage : Brut nature 0 gr/liter.

  • Grand Cellier d'Or 2013

  • Champagne Vilmart et Cie

    Cuvée Grand Cellier d'Or 2013
  • Blend: 80% Chardonnay/20% Pinot Noir. Aged for 10 months in 228-litre oak casks that have already contained wine (not new wood). No malolactic fermentation. A champagne with exceptional textures and flavours.

  • Soliste Meunier 2014

  • Champagne Jean-Marc Sélèque

    Cuvée Soliste Meunier 2014
  • The gold standard for Pinot Meunier cuvées in the Champagne region. Blend: 100% Pinot Meunier from the 'Les Gouttes d'Or' parcel in Pierry. 1,800 bottles produced. Soliste owes its nobility to an exceptional terroir and vines planted between 1951 and 1953 (massal selection). A wine steeped in history.

  • Les Motelettes 2013

  • Champagne Pierre Paillard

    Cuvée Les Motelettes 2013
  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay from a 6,000 Sqm parcel planted in 1961 in the heart of the Bouzy Grand Cru vineyards. This original version Chardonnay is a natural expression of the Bouzy terroir, better known for its Pinot Noirs. The delicate bouquet reveals aromas of citrus and dried fruit. The palate is dense, creamy and voluptuous. This is a distinctive, clear-cut wine with a subtle balance of fruit and flint on the palate.

  • Révolution Grand Cru Non dosé

  • Champagne Doyard

Cuvée Révolution Grand Cru Non dosé
  • 100% Chardonnay from the grands crus terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and mainly from Avize (70% from Avize). Révolution only comes from the most qualitive juice called « la cuvée ». Base wine from 2011 for 50%, 2010 for 30% and 2009 for 20%. Vinification in oak for 50% and 50% in stainless steel vats. Bottled in 2012. No sugar added (zero dosage), good salinity , racy wine. Nice balance and tension. Definitely a connoisseur wine.
