    Cuvée Quintette
  • 100% Chardonnay spread out on 5 different terroirs from the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs (Epernay, Mardeuil and the Premiers Crus villages of Vertus, Dizy and Pierry). Harvest 2014 with a proportion of 20% solera reserve wine. Quintette has been brought up 50% in oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel vats. Aging on lees during 48 months. Limited production of 4 500 bottles. Extra brut dosage 2 G/ L A dry and spicy Champagne, with notes of pastry dough, golden raisin, toast and smoky mineral. Lightly juicy and floral, offering a lingering finish.

    Cuvée Cramant
  • Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs (Extra Brut): Grown exclusively in Cramant. 70% vintage 2015 and 30% reserve wine (perpetuated since 1986). Old vines (55 years old) on a south-easterly facing plot. Fermentation and maturation in small oak barrels. A sophisticated, precise and intense wine with a beautiful saline character.

    Cuvée Les Mottelettes
  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay from a 6,000 Sqm parcel planted in 1961 in the heart of the Bouzy Grand Cru vineyards. This original version Chardonnay is a natural expression of the Bouzy terroir, better known for its Pinot Noirs. The delicate bouquet reveals aromas of citrus and dried fruit. The palate is dense, creamy and voluptuous. This is a distinctive, clear-cut wine with a subtle balance of fruit and flint on the palate.

  • l'Osmose

  • Pierre Gerbais

    Cuvée l'Osmose
  • This well balanced cuvée is coming from two Chardonnay plots. One is South exposed, “En Endroit”, selected for its richness. The other one exposed North, “En Envers”, selected for its freshness. Variety : 100% Chardonnay L’Osmose is made from parcels planted in 1973 on the lieu-dit « Les Côtes ». It combines ripe fruit aromas, fullness, freshness and vivacity. Food Friendly like the other two mono variety produced by Pierre Gerbais. Burgundian Inspiration. 36 months on the lees. Dosage : 3 - 4 g/l : Extra-Brut 7 000 bottles produced.

    Cuvée Coeur de Cuvée 2010
  • Blend: 80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir. 55-year old vines. Massal selection. Made from the “cœur de la cuvée”, the first 1,400 litres of the 2,050-litre first pressing or “cuvée”. Aged for 10 months in 228-litre oak casks that have already contained wine (not new wood). No malolactic fermentation. An extremely complex and harmonious wine

  • 100% Chardonnay. New cuvée released recently. Non-vintage Champagne made out of a selection of the Grands Crus terroirs and the finest reserve wines of the Domaine. A gentle wine making adnd a cautiously crafted perpetual reserve brings smoothness and complexity at the same time. Grande Reserve benefits from extended aging on the lies.
