A single-parcel Extra-Brut Champagne from the Villers-aux-Nœud terroir. Blend: 95% Pinot Noir - 5% Chardonnay. Vinified in a 600-litre oak cask. Cask-aged on the lees for 10 months. 2,000 bottles produced. Le Mont Benoît is an extremely dense wine with verticality and balance. A Champagne for connoisseurs!
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir grown on an iconic Bouzy parcel planted in 1970. This cuvée is a true expression of Bouzy’s unique terroir. The meticulous tending of the vines along with a gentle, precise vinification makes for an exceptional cuvée. This Pinot Noir champagne has backbone while still retaining balance and freshness.

Terroir : 100% Verzy Grand Cru, Grande Montagne de Reims Vintage 2012 100% Pinot Noir 25% vinified in oak barrels, 75% in small stainless steel vats Same winemaking approach as the previous cuvées, the only difference being the extended time on the lees (in bottles sur latte). 60 month in average A great wine from a top vintage. With l’ineffable Sébastien Mouzon give birth to magnificent full bodied Blanc de noirs. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Sebastien is on top his game with this seductive Champagne. Dosage : Brut nature 0 gr/liter. Limited Production of 2150 bottles.
Blend: 80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir. 55-year old vines. Massal selection. Made from the “cœur de la cuvée”, the first 1,400 litres of the 2,050-litre first pressing or “cuvée”. Aged for 10 months in 228-litre oak casks that have already contained wine (not new wood). No malolactic fermentation. An extremely complex and harmonious wine.
Blend: 60% Pinot Noir - 30% Chardonnay - 5% Pinot Meunier - 5% Coteaux Champenois red wine. Slow fermentation in casks, aged on the lees, at least 36 months sur lattes in our cellars, second fermentation under natural cork. This cuvée’s low dosage (3g/L - Extra Brut category) lets its intense fruity aromas shine through. A truly great, crisp, fruity Rosé champagne.
Blend: 94% Pinot Meunier (massal selection) - 2% Pinot Gris (massal selection) - 2% Chardonnay (massal selection). Spontaneous fermentation –malolactic fermentation depending on circumstances – Aged for 10 months in wood on full lees in different-sized casks (225 to 600 litres) made from different woods. Bottled using gravity. This truly unique wine with its distinctive character is vinified using the Burgundy method.
