  • Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from Rilly la Montagne 1er Cru. • 2016 Harvest • 2014/2015 Reserve wines • 10 months aging in large oak vessel • Dosage : 9 g/l The golden color evoke a mature wine with a majority of Pinot Noir. The sparkling is refined and gentle. Good balance between primary (fruit), secondary (bread, butter, cookies) and tertiary aromas (minerals and spices). In terms of food pairing, you might want to go for dishes with tender texture like poached white meat, raw fish or hard cheeses.

    Cuvée Initiation
  • 78% Pinot Noir et 22% de Pinot Meunier (les vins de réserve de la cuvée rue des Noyers). Deux parcelles différentes sont assemblées. Terroir Silex. La Cuvée Initiation est un Champagne à la fois frais et enrobé, dont les nuances sapides et aromatiques permettent une dégustation gourmande et gastronomique. Le premier nez évoque des odeurs subtiles de noisette grillée, de torréfaction, de pomme caramélisée. A l’aération nous rencontrons des notes fumées, de mandarine, de cerise, de fraise des bois, de miel, et d’infusion de thé. Le Champagne développe une matière fruitée pulpeuse d’une grande envergure tactile, soutenue par une acidité de pomelo et de mandarine. La finale rayonne a avec persistance et profondeur, de manière aromatique, sapide et tactile. 2 000 bouteilles produites

  • Blend: 100% Pinot Noir grown on an iconic Bouzy parcel planted in 1970. This cuvée is a true expression of Bouzy’s unique terroir. The meticulous tending of the vines along with a gentle, precise vinification makes for an exceptional cuvée. This Pinot Noir champagne has backbone while still retaining balance and freshness.

  • «Ineffable» that can be described and expressed by its nature, its force, its beauty. Terroir : 100% Verzy Grand Cru, Grande Montagne de Reims Vintage 2012 100% Pinot Noir 25% vinified in oak barrels, 75% in small stainless steel vats Same winemaking approach as the previous cuvées, the only difference being the extended time on the lees (in bottles sur latte). 60 month in average A great wine from a top vintage. With l’ineffable Sébastien Mouzon give birth to magnificent full bodied Blanc de noirs. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Sebastien is on top his game with this seductive Champagne. Dosage : Brut nature 0 gr/liter. Limited Production of 2150 bottles.

  • Single variety, a single parcel, a vintage only approach, an identity … Made 100% from Pinot Noir “La Perthe ” parcel in Ludes from a 56 year old vineyard. Vintage 2014. Windy Terroir. Light Soil made of Clay mixed with sand. Ethereal Pinot, slender, Length more than width. Fresh and tonic Fermentation and aging in 600 liter barrel. Pure-Racy-Fruity Champagne showing fine bubbles great length and digestible character. The aging on cork gives this cuvée more aromatic complexity and creaminess. Proposed in Extra Brut 3g/

  • The name of this cuvée is accurate. Audacity to go further. Audacity for a clean and natural viticulture (without chemical products), Audacity of risking optimum maturity, Audacity of following a non-interventionist wine making approach (no filtration, no use of industrial yeast, no fining), Audacity of no sulfur addition. Audacity for patience, Audacity of time (36 month aging). Audacity to reach great wines standard « THE MORE WE GIVE, THE MORE WE RECEIVE » L’Audace is a sincere wine, tactile, awakening senses and preserving notion of taste. Mainly from a 1960 Pinot Noir plot called lieu-dit Sainte Marie Robe doré intense, pureté, fraicheur, minéralité, profondeur au nez, fruit à noyaux, pomme rôti, touche mellifère. Sensation vineuse, riche et juteuse en bouche, tension et iode en fin de parcours. Intense golden robe, purity, freshness, minerality, deep nose of stone fruits, backed apples and honey notes. Rich vinous juicy mouth feel. Tension and iodic sensation to finish with. A wine tailored for food pairing. Only 5 000 bottles produced Brut Nature with 0 g /l
